On Mandela Day, the HST team takes time to give back in the spirit of Ubuntu. We do this by visiting communities around us to make a meaningful impact. We organize/facilitate clothing and food parcel drives or prepare and distribute meals to those in need and or assist with the improvement of local community centers. We do whatever it takes to show kindness and compassion and make a difference for those who need it most.

Team building is a vital aspect of our company culture. Not only does it improve collaboration, communication, and trust among employees, but it also fosters a sense of community, improves team dynamics, and gives the teams a chance to relax and bond over fun activities. It goes beyond just improving work relationships – we have seen our team buildings boosting the team’s morale and improving critical problem-solving skills which ultimately increases overall productivity.
Our team building helps create a positive company culture where everyone feels valued and motivated. When teams work well together, they deliver better results, meet challenges head-on, and drive the company forward.
Our year end functions are part of our traditions at HST where we gather to celebrate and reflect on the achievements, efforts, milestones of team members, challenges overcome and as well as acknowledge the growth and progress made over the past year.
We host the events away from the office at beautiful venues, creating space for fun filled time with good food, entertainment and inspiring awards ceremony to make the night memorable. It’s a great way to bring everyone together and set the tone for the upcoming year!
